Vacuform Non Slip Foil
The secret of perfected adaption to the body by VACUFORM surgical mattresses is microballs of styrofoam, which are stabilised by vacuum to give a lasting, completely supportive form. Reducing the diameter of the filter balls by a fifth enables more precise adaption of the surgical mattress to the body. The MicroSpace system significantly increases the feeling of physical comfort for the patient compared to conventional fillings. Particularly during time-consuming operations or with patients who are older and in poor condition, there is a risk of pressure points leading to acute decubital ulcers and paresis (paralysis from nerve damage). The individual, ergonomic body adaptation of VACUFORM surgical mattresses effectively prevents such damage. The support pressure of the patient is optimally distributed over the whole body and thus reduced to a minimum. The microcirculation needed by the skin is unaffected. Elephants Trunk Pull Handle
The Elephants Trunk Pull Handle is a robust and solid cast product designed for applications where manual dexterity is a primary concern. Its sleek design provides a stylish alternative to the commonly known 'Witches Nose' handle. This handle comes in two back-plate options, the first being a flat plate for either new doors or retrofit applications, while the second is mounted on a recessed dish, providing more available space behind the handle but requiring more detailed door preparation prior to installation. Although not DHF TS001 compliant, it's suitable for applications where there is less challenging behaviour or installed with back-to-back bolt-through fixings. Vitesse K6200 Anti-Ligature Window Curtain Tracking
The Vitesse K6200 is a lightweight, hand-drawn window curtain tracking system that delivers high performance. It is designed with roller runners, making it ideal for most applications. When paired with Kestrel magnetic load release brackets, the K6200 becomes an anti-ligature tracking system. This ensures that if an abnormal load is applied, such as an attempted ligature, it will release and eliminate any ligature points. The tracking can easily be refitted by placing it back onto the magnetic brackets. The system comes with white aluminum track, 16 roller runners per meter, and magnetic wall-fix or top-fix brackets as necessary, all spaced according to the manufacturer's recommendations. -
