The Single Swing Full Length Anti-Ligature Geared Securahinge is a continuous hinge that is designed to reduce the risk of ligature and self-harm. It features a sloping cap and specially designed bearings, which removes the gap between the door leaf and frame that can be found in butt or piano-style hinges. It opens up to 180 degrees in one direction, making it suitable for applications where the door needs to fold back against the wall. The Securahinge can be installed with either the Floor Mounted Door Closer or the Concealed Door Closer. It can also be cut down to fit the length of the door. Chrome LED Surgical Headlight
The MedLED Chrome® is the next frontier and the fibre optic headlight replacement. The Chrome headlight is the next generation of the previously supplied Sapphire Headlight. It is so efficient that surgery can be done cord-free at Xenon or Halogen brightness. Alternatively, while competing LED headlights are convenient and affordable, they still fall short with fragile tethered belt battery packs and other problems. At 275,000 LUX with the MC7 Pro Bezel, MedLED's Chrome® eliminates these tradeoffs once and for all. Alternative bezels available including the MC3 (100,000 lux) MC6 (200,000 lux) and the MC7 Pro (275,000 lux) the brightest Surgical LED Headlight option available on the market. Recessed Anti-Ligature Pull Handle
The Recessed Anti-Ligature Pull Handle is a compact option from the Primera pull handle range, measuring only 90mm x 106mm and constructed from 3mm solid steel. The '726' handle is suitable for a variety of applications, from cupboards to doors in units with challenging behaviour, due to its lack of protrusions. It meets the requirements of TS001 at level 4 and is available in Satin Stainless Steel electro-plated finish as a standard product, with other finishes available upon request. The handle is also supplied with pin torx anti-tamper fixing screws for added security. -
Vitesse K9500 Anti-Ligature Flexible Curtain Tracking
The Vitesse K9500 Flexible Curtain Tracking system is made of shatterproof plastic, designed to be flexible enough to prevent it from being used as a weapon by violent patients or prisoners. The system is attached to the ceiling or wall with Kestrel magnetic load release brackets, ensuring that if an abnormal load is applied to the track, it will release and remove any ligature points. The tracking can be easily refitted after the event by placing it back onto the magnetic brackets. This product is recommended for use with lightweight curtains and where violence risks preclude the use of Vitesse K6200 Aluminium Track. The system includes 16 gliders per metre and is available with magnetic wall-fix or top-fix brackets. -
