The Kestrel coat hook offers the expected functionality of a traditional hook with added safety features. The magnetic bracket releases the hook if an abnormal load, such as an attempted ligature, is applied, removing any ligature points. It meets the requirements of TS001 at level 4 and is available in Satin Stainless Steel electro-plated finish as a standard product, with other finishes available upon request. It opens up to 180 degrees in one direction, making it suitable for applications where the door needs to fold back against the wall. The Securahinge can be installed with either the Floor Mounted Door Closer or the Concealed Door Closer. It can also be cut down to fit the length of the door.
