Electrically Modified Hinge
The Electrically Modified Hinge is a concealed and anti-ligature way of transferring power between the door frame and door. It can be installed with a full-length hinge by cutting the hinge and attaching the sections together at the desired height. Door Top Alarm
The Door Top Alarm (DTA) is an innovative technology that provides hardware integration into the top of timber doors to alert staff of possible ligature attempts. The discreet sensor installed across the door leaf detects the application of weight from ligature attempts or objects jammed between the door and frame. To avoid false alarms, it has an adjustable time delay of 5 to 30 seconds, triggering only with sustained applied weight. Concealed Door Closer
The requirements of anti-ligature installations and those of door closers invariably contradict each other. The necessity of a linkage between the door and the frame always creates a ligature point when the door is open. One of the best compromises is the Perko Powermatic concealed door closer. Operating at power size 3, with adjustable closing and latching speeds, this unit has a concealed jam mounted configuration making it a less obvious ligature risk. While a ligature risk will always be present with this model of door closer, it can be minimised by installing it at as little as 300mm above floor level. -

Double Swing Shrouded Hinge
The Double Swing Shrouded Hinge is a continuous full-length geared hinge with a unique shrouded design that adds extra protection against ligature, tampering and finger trapping. Similar to the standard Double Swing Hinge, it can swing in either direction up to 90 degrees and can be used with a removable/detachable door stop. It eliminates the risks of ligature associated with gaps between the door and frame left by pivots and traditional hinges. This hinge is also suitable as a durable alternative to pivots on doors. Single Swing Full Length Anti-Ligature Geared Securahinge
The Single Swing Full Length Anti-Ligature Geared Securahinge is a continuous hinge that is designed to reduce the risk of ligature and self-harm. It features a sloping cap and specially designed bearings, which removes the gap between the door leaf and frame that can be found in butt or piano-style hinges. It opens up to 180 degrees in one direction, making it suitable for applications where the door needs to fold back against the wall. The Securahinge can be installed with either the Floor Mounted Door Closer or the Concealed Door Closer. It can also be cut down to fit the length of the door. Removable Door Stop, Aluminium
The Aluminium Removable Door Stop provides an effective solution to prevent barricade attempts in combination with a double swing hinge. While the door is in normal use, the stop stays locked to the door frame and acts as a traditional stop to prevent the door from swinging outward. In the case of a barricade, the stop can be unlatched from the frame using a key and opened outward to enable the door to swing away from the obstruction. Available in right or left-handed configuration, the door stop comes in 2100mm and 2400mm lengths and requires a 4mm key.
