The '729' has been purpose-designed and DHF TS001 tested, achieving the highest level (Grade 4) like all Primera products. The back plates are made from 3mm electro-plated steel, available in either radius or square format, with pin torx anti-tamper fixings included. Elephants Trunk Pull Handle

Recessed Anti-Ligature Pull Handle
The Recessed Anti-Ligature Pull Handle is a compact option from the Primera pull handle range, measuring only 90mm x 106mm and constructed from 3mm solid steel. The '726' handle is suitable for a variety of applications, from cupboards to doors in units with challenging behaviour, due to its lack of protrusions. It meets the requirements of TS001 at level 4 and is available in Satin Stainless Steel electro-plated finish as a standard product, with other finishes available upon request. The Single Swing Full Length Anti-Ligature Geared Securahinge is a continuous hinge that is designed to reduce the risk of ligature and self-harm. It features a sloping cap and specially designed bearings, which removes the gap between the door leaf and frame that can be found in butt or piano-style hinges. It opens up to 180 degrees in one direction, making it suitable for applications where the door needs to fold back against the wall. Door Top Alarm
The Door Top Alarm (DTA) is an innovative technology that provides hardware integration into the top of timber doors to alert staff of possible ligature attempts. The discreet sensor installed across the door leaf detects the application of weight from ligature attempts or objects jammed between the door and frame. To avoid false alarms, it has an adjustable time delay of 5 to 30 seconds, triggering only with sustained applied weight. Emergency Pull Handle
The Emergency Pull Handle is a vital accessory in any healthcare facility with anti-barricade doors. Removable Door Stop, Aluminium
The Aluminium Removable Door Stop provides an effective solution to prevent barricade attempts in combination with a double swing hinge. While the door is in normal use, the stop stays locked to the door frame and acts as a traditional stop to prevent the door from swinging outward. In the case of a barricade, the stop can be unlatched from the frame using a key and opened outward to enable the door to swing away from the obstruction. Available in right or left-handed configuration, the door stop comes in 2100mm and 2400mm lengths and requires a 4mm key.
