Concealed Door Closer

The necessity of a linkage between the door and the frame always creates a ligature point when the door is open. One of the best compromises is the Perko Powermatic concealed door closer. Operating at power size 3, with adjustable closing and latching speeds, this unit has a concealed jam mounted configuration making it a less obvious ligature risk. While a ligature risk will always be present with this model of door closer, it can be minimised by installing it at as little as 300mm above floor level. -

Anti-Ligature Window Push/Pull Handle with Roller Latching Deadlock
The Anti-Ligature Window Push/Pull Handle with Roller Latching Deadlock is a secure and flexible option for top and side-hung sash windows. Its robust and narrow backset mortise deadbolt with roller bolt latching system provides a high level of security. Patients can latch the window closed, but the locking function is restricted to the staff key only for added safety. The lock uses a standard euro cylinder, allowing for master keying. Tested to Level A4 TS001 Grade. -
